Re: RD28 Turbo options
I have duplicated Harduses sons adapter for td27 to patrol gearbox, cost me R980 incl middle last year. Still need to fit it though so not sure if it is 100%. There is a blue print of it at a laser cutting shop, they actually duplicated it for me so to make more is 2 days and about R1000.
Time is a big issue, thats why my 4.5 is still in and 2.7 td not

Straight fit

Re: RD28 Turbo options
Ja, maar met die diesel bellhousing. Vg30/33, qd32, zd30 box is selfde.

Re: RD28 Turbo options

Re: RD28 Turbo options
Td25,27, qd32 en zd30 het selfde bellhousing pattern. So maak nie saak of dit d21 of d22 is.

Re: RD28 Turbo options
Bumping the thread...........
So here is what Reenen said on 4x4Comm:
"Td42, TD27ti, tb42, tb45, tb48 is almal dieselfde
......................
Td42 en td27/qd32/z30 hardbody is glad nie selfde nie."
https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/sh ... ost3853193
Now maybe something is lost in translation, but I'm not sure I follow.
Is the TD27 the same as the TD42? If so, that implies a TD27 will fit the TB45 bellhousing?
@Reenen:
WAT VERSTAAN EK NOU NIE?

Re: RD28 Turbo options
That I don't know, but I do know pistons, precoms and rings are all identical, but that isn't going to help you...
