Fredlin Hoist

Post by izakjbrt »

Morning

Anyone perhaps have a contact at fredlin hoist. Someone that works in admin or some such cause I have been trying for days to get a quote from them. I've mailed, filled in online forms and even phoned a couple of times. Every time I spoke to the owner (Think its Freddie), and every time I get a sometime in the week promise, but that sometime just never arrives.

I know its possible to order one, as I've seen proof on the forum. So maybe someone knows someone that does not work on the plant floor that can actually just do a quote so I can order what is needed for my car port

They were quite good in October. 5 days from first contact to proforma invoice, shipping was quick too. See mails below for the details: (delete characters from telephone numbers)
Afrikaans/English

Good day Steven ,

Thanks for your enquiry.

BASIC INFO:

We basically manufacture only one hoist, but it works for several applications. R2650-00

The main difference are the hooks (10mm for canopies, roof top tents, Jeep hard tops

And 25mm hooks for roof racks.)

The units are manufactured from 2mm mild steel and are silver powder coated.

Some applications (like roof top tent) also need an extra set off straps. It works like slings and go underneath the unit. R130-00 extra

The hoist come standard with a nylon gear but can be replaced with a steel gear for R 160-00 extra. (you need for under a carport. HEAT)

Maximum weight the hoist can carry with steel gear is 200 Kg.

Maximum weight the hoist can carry with nylon gear is 100 Kg.

The hoist also come with straps that will hang 2 m from the ceiling, that can be replace by 3 m straps at R 100-00 extra.

The hoist will lift the Unit straight to the ceiling and will take up only 30 mm of the space.

We make use off 4 x straps that rolls up simultaneously by means off a worm gear system

and is adjustable on all the hooks.

It uses a lever like a vehicle jack lever witch you hook into the unit and start winding, one way up and the other way down.

If you drop the lever the unit will stand still.

All prices are including vat.

Prices does not include courier cost.

For your application:

The price off the hoist for Roof Rack R2650-00 incl.

Optional replace nylon gear with steel gear. R160-00 necessary under carport. And if the rack is loaded.

Do we have to courier please supply FULL address? ????????

Only when we received proof of payment, we can release the product for shipping.
I hope this will help you.
