Sunroof problem

Please help - I messaged Sanparks, and included a pic of a safari vehicle with a roof over the sunroof, as I know they have a prob with people sticking their heads out, and fine them!
I presume its because the animals see the silhouette of a human - I don't really know.
But the Patrol has the best (in size, and quality) sunroof I come across, they requested me to send them a simple illustration of the pic I have posted - obviously a much smaller one, so that maybe I can take photos out of it without getting a fine, but just bigger than the opening.
So I have serious printing facilities (well for East London!) - canvas, and very high quality inkjet printing - I thought a trade might work, but also happy to pay in Ronts - they asked me to submit a cad design - I thought something very simple that folded down onto the roof rack - using vinyl maybe.
The Front Runner allows the slats to be moved back to expose the sunroof perfectly.
Cheers Rob
