I’m looking for a 3.0 Patrol pick-up. Low mileage at a reasonable price.

I think Tinus will be the best guy to find one for you.
another option is to hunt one down on the car dealer networks, and have a chat with either Michael (Soho Auto) or Graham (G-Tech). These boys know their Patrols and will be able to give you a very good opinion/advice
