Head unit fascia

I have searched the forum, but cannot the information I need, if it is available elsewhere, please assist me with the link to the thread.
I am looking for the fascia trim that goes around the head unit and the aircon and associated buttons.
The 2000 GRX patrol has two separate single din holes, that are to big, if the centre piece would be removed to fit a standard double din head unit (Picture 1).
I want to install an Android based head unit to display info from Nissan Data Scan 1, as well as a rear view camera for safety reasons (Picture 2).
I see the Australian 2000 Ti units have a double din as standard. Would this fascia trim from the later models (GUII or GUIII) fit to my vehicle. I would prefer if it wasn't the woodgrain one as it would not fit the vehicle interior "theme". Where in RSA could a person find such interior trimmings?
