Do I need to replace this housing? I attached pictures, there is very little corrosion but I just want to make sure.
Thank you

Its looks ok ...remember you have a double acting thermostat. The one part closes the water around the head and then let all the water go via radiator ...corrosion looks ok but get Michaels opinion on it

That looks good inside there. Just remember to use the correct antifreeze/coolant ratio to ensure it stays that way. Don't use cheap stuff, the possible higher Hydrochloric acid in some of the cheaper products loves eating metal.

I bought 20 liter Jack Frost concentrate from Fuchs. Will dilute it 60 coolant to 40 water

Cool.... yeah dilute exactly as per recommendations.... adding more coolant than water won't make the motor run cooler, just eat it away quicker...
