Items needed for a 1995 Patrol GQ

Hi Guys,
I wonder if someone can possibly help?
I am looking to purchase 2 X electric "winder motors" for my two rear doors- or alternatively, I would like to convert them to "manual wind" units.
I have noticed that there are standard wind-up connectors onto which the motors were fitted, but they seem "deep set" and I suppose one will need to get some extension mechanism to get it to extend through the door cards, to get it to function. Does anybody have any experience with a similar challenge encountered?
A second item which I would also like to purchase, is the in-dash "control unit" for the climate control. I have a picture of it and I can Whatsapp it to someone who might have one (or which mine can be replaced with) if there is doubt about the type. I will also attempt to add the photo hereto.
I will really appreciate it, if someone has some of these items, which they are prepared to sell- or if I can be directed somewhere where I can source these items.
Thanks and kind regards,
Frans.
Ps. My cell # is 08 two, 48 nine, 209 two- or you can mail me on fransvd@uj.ac.za (please note .ac.za and not .co.za)
