This one, if I'm not mistaken, has been on the market for a loooooooong time

Even the 4.8 struggles to turn those wheels!

I saw it in Grosvener Corner Bryanston a few weeks ago.
Those wheels will only make sense on snow, and with slower diffs.
If I took that car, the first thing I would do is to replace the wheels.

To me it looks terrible with those massive wheels and enlarged fender flares.
How do you even look out of the rear mirror

you will just see tire
This one will take years to sell unless they want 38 inch tires,as to change it back to normal tires you would prop also want to make the fender molding stock and they are about 8K each and GRX mags are 13K each new so its about 100K just for that change.

Is there any space for the tyres under the body when the suspension starts to flex?

Jip, correct - been on the market for ages. I can't imagine what stress those wheel bearings are going through. I reckon fuel consumption is probably around 3km/l at best.

The conversion was done by Maniac down in the cape. Same guys that did the conversion to the jeep in the current WegRy/DriveOut. On that one they didn't do a re-gear, so probably they didn't do one on this either...

You can see in the photo the date from when I saw this Patrol advertised for the first time.

I reckoned it was crazy then and I still think it is crazy.
