3 Bedroom house at Shelley Point for sale

My folks have a holiday home at Shelley Point, in St Helena Bay on the West Coast near Saldanha that they want to sell. They are getting well on in age and my Dad has started to shuffle his feet instead of walking properly, so they don't get out there much anymore.
It really is a beautiful place, right on the beach ( well across the road from the beach ) as can be seen on he pics of the attached link. I have spent many a good holiday with my folks there, but it would be a waste for me to take this over, as I dont get down there as much as I should. There is a great golf course ( apparently.... I've never hit a golf ball in my life before.... so don't really know if its good or not....hahahaha ), clubhouse, and a great central place to take a day out to Paternoster and surrounding areas.
If anyone is interested or knows someone interested in a place like this, please let me know.
