Any idea what the PCD's are for the Patrol's wheel nuts? 
I am getting myself 15" wheels and tires.

Hi Tjaart. The pcd is 6 x 139, just remember the center which goes over the hub is larger than most other vehicles. "Its a Patrol"

Tjaart, I am pretty sure that the Patrol uses the common PCD of 5.5" (139.7mm). You might have more of a problem with the centerbore diameter (which is 112mm, I think). The workshop manual states that the offset is +10mm.
