I know the Swaziland trip is organised for March 2016. However, not everybody is able to go away.
At the NORC Year-end GTG in November 2015 I promised to look at a possible visit to SANDWANI (near Cullinan, 40 km from Pretoria) in March 2016. SANDWANI has upgraded their facilities and it might be a good idea to visit SANDWANI again. We have previously had a lot of fun there. Herewith some pics or the new facilities.

I am willing to organise a fun day (20 March) at SANDWANI if there is sufficient interest (at least 10 takers will make it worth the while.
Anybody interested?

Ek hoop dat die Navaras, Pathfinders en die Hardbody's gaan ook daar wees sodat hulle kan uitwerk hoe om hulle voertuie ook daar te kan ry - dit gaan baie maklik net die Patrols!

The costs are as follows:
R100 per vehicle plus R50 per person.
The cost for use of the academic facility is R 12 000 per day or R 7 500 per half day. Don't think we can do this one without a sponsor.

We have started to work toward getting a sponsor for the academic track and will advise members towards the end of Jan 2016.

Jorrie - please keep me posted. We need to turn this into something significant.
Thanks

This event should not be in competition with the Swaziland weekend?
I am dead keen on Sandwani, but am also committed to rhe Swaziland trip.
Jorrie, can we not move tuis to a weekend later or earlier?
