I previously had a 2001 4.5 GRX and it would take between 40 and 41 liters in the subtank.
My 4.8 GRX takes between 38 and 39 liters.
On both vehicles the near empty light works and then the main tank will take between 80 and 85 litres.

Right - I mentioned this may have been as a result of running out of gas, but filled again this morning after normal use-case (read: not running out of petrol and getting towed by a Hilux). I put in 39.31 Litres. It's definitely a 40L subtank.

Is jy nou 100% seker jou tenk is kleiner?

Hi Michael

Dalk kan jy n tenk by David in Warmbad kry wat 40l is. Dit behoort te pas. Gelukkig is dit n Diesel en kry dalk nog meer op jou 32l as ons met 40l petrol.
