Is the price right?

Hi All,
I have an opportunity to buy a 2004 patrol with 150000 Km's on the clock for R155k. The trans union guide says that retail should be +- R130k. Now I know that some vehicles do achieve more than the guide price but since I'm a total noob in the 4x4 world I don't really have a reference for the Patrol or any other 4x4 for that matter, so I though I'd ask the experts what they thought?
Below are some of the accessories and features;
Dual battery system, (needs new battery)
Koni offroad shocks fitted
Longrange fuel tank fitted (180 liters total – 140 main 40 sub tank)
Drawer system In the back - takes 6 ammo boxes for packing
Fridge slider – for 90l Fridge
Dastek engine management chip fitted.
2x extra Sparewheels and tyre
Mud terrain tyres fitted
Frontrunner Roofrack
She is in pretty good condition apart from some minor bush scratches which are to be expected. I took her for a test drive this weekend and boy was she smooth to drive. The kids and missus all loved it and i must say i was impressed but having never owned a 4x4 before I guess I'm coming off a low base.
Fuel consumption is a bit scary though, but I've been reading on the forums that when one considers total cost including maintenance etc. and the fact that once off the road all the 4x4 have similar figures then it's not so bad.
any input would be appreciated.
Regards,
