1st Patrol questions

Morning wise ones,
I hope this is being posted in the right section, otherwise feel free to move it.
I'm the process of purchasing my 1st Patrol, a 2001 GRX 4.5 with 216 000km on
Now in the process of looking at the vehicle, a few things have been bugging me, so hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction before I buy a dud.
1. The vehicle has been advertised for several months, the dealer insists it's only been on for 2 months, but I know for a fact this is not true. It was also advertised as having 189 000km on, now has 216.
2. The vehicle was very dirty, but does look to have been well maintained (battery was dead and dust came out of the vents when starting it)
3. (This is my biggest concern) the vehicle has a full service history, however the last service was done on 189 000km - in 2010!!
4. The clutch has a bit of a 'ticking' noise when depressed, possibly a bearing?
5. Some minor seepage on the diff pumpkins and transfer case, but no leaks.
6. Some minor surface rust underneath the vehicle, can be rubbed off with a finger, so possibly just an ocean vehicle?
Hope you guys can help me out, like I said, the service issue is my biggest concern.
