Help needed on Saturday Please !!!

Hello everyone !!!
The Nissan Off Road Club needs your help !!!!!
As many are aware the Nissan club is hosting the AAWDC Fun Day on Saturday. This is an event where Various clubs come together, with various sponsors and we take all the profits of the event and donate it to a charity or non profit organization that can make good use of this money.
This year we chose FreeMe. We donated a few Rands to them at our year end function last year, and would like to donate a LOT more this time around.
Here is the ONLY thing we need......
We need anyone who has some spare time on Saturday to assist us with getting the score sheets from the obstacles to the central control point.
If you can only spend a few hours or the whole day with us, it would be HUGELY appreciated.
Remember to bring a few Rands with to buy a raffle ticket..... There are some sweeeeeet prizes up for grabs, with a VERY good chance that you will win at least something.
Please put your name down below and indicate how long you can be available for. We are starting the driving at 08h00, but would really like it if you can be there even earlier. There are a lot of us going to be there from Friday morning, and camping over to be running around like crazy at the crack of dawn Sat Morning.
