4.8 cylinderhead

Hi,
unfortunately my 4.8 TB48DE has a haircrack in the cylinderhead due to overheating which can't be repaired.
Has anyone an address in ZA where I (or my workshop) can get a complete or incomplete, new or refurbished cylinderhead for my engine:
I am located in Namibia, there are to few Patrols with this engine on the road.
How much will that cost?
Any hints are welcome.
