Dawes valve

So without having done massive amounts of research, where is the best place to find a dawes valve Setup? Had a quick look on ebay and seems they are reluctant to ship to ZA.
Where are you guys buying from? Anything in SA?
I have an occasional over boost error that needs solving on my 3.0di.
