4x4 for kids [4x4 .4 Kids]

Good day all !
As we had discussed on the AGM 2013, we will launch 4x4 .4 Kids this year and we as Nissan Off Road Club members will - as far as can - participate in this:
So - WHAT is 4x4 .4 Kids about? The aim is to make ourselves and our vehicles available for day-drives [most often 4x4 trails on Saturdays] whereby we take children from : Disabled kids institutions [TIQWA School e,g.] and Orphanages and Homes]
To kick off this project, we would like to start of with an "Opening Meeting" on 15 February 2014. where we will decide on Strategy and plan for the 2014 outings and I D the target groups / schools for the Gauteng outings.
Please indicate if you would be willing / able to assist with this project by dropping me an e-mail to: 4x4.4.kids@gmail.com - or just confirm on this thread
If you vcannot attend the meeting but have an institution in mind, please let me have that info then.

Date = 15 February // Time 16:00 // Place: Eden Village Community Hall, Eden Village; Brentwood Park Road; Brentwood Park; Benoni.
Please make it a "bring & Braai" I will provide fire - so just bring a can or two, steak tjop chicken and a bun or so [ek eet nie pap nie, ek maak nie pap nie
