Im looking to buy a secondhand roof rack for my 61Y shape, I need it for my Kgalaghadi trip in Jan 2014

You can have one custom made (as per your specs) for a very reasonable price by Ben at BG Autofit.
Only thing is, if you need it by Jan, he may be a bit busy right now doing all the things people want for their December hols.
Worth a call though
