Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Good day to all Members,

We are arranging our event at ADA – Training and Outdoor Centre near Hartebeespoort Dam.
We will do the Club’s AGM, a 4x4 trail, skidpan event, events for kids and there will be food and drinks to be bought after we did the trail and other events.
Please advise who will be able to join us so that we can arrange how many groups to do the 4x4 trail and we need marshals as well.
There will also be some companies joining us and will display some stuff.
We will be able to send more information closer to the date of the Year-end Function.
Here is some information:
Timing as follows;
• 08h30 Club members arrive
• 09h00 Simple AGM
• 10h00 AGM ceases ( chair and committee elected)
• 10h30 Invited Nissan owners begin arriving
• 11h00 Welcome and speeches
• 11h30 Activities commence ( skidpan/outride and test drives
• 13h30 Activities cease and bar opens
• We will also try and get Free Me to attend as we have raised some money for them and will attempt to raise more.
