Hi All, some advice please! I am thinking of getting another Troll as my daily runner (will still keep my 4500 for weekend play) I want to get a 4.8 Auto the face lift version, what should I be paying for one of these, is the consumption better or worse than the 4500 (I am getting about 6km/L on my 4500) What should I look for when looking at these trolls? (what go's wrong, know about the bubbling dash anything ells I should look for?) There is a 2005 with 185000km going in Barberton for R165000 anyone know this troll? Cheers Ian

As far as I know the 4.8 is heavier on juice than the 4.5. Thing to look out for is probably the normal things like if the difflock works, sub-tank is ok and so on.
Is this to complete your collection? GQ, 4.5 GU and 4.8 GU?
Next on wish list is a 4.2 GU?

Not a bad price , if it is still in good nick go for it, I believe a 4.8 is as heavy as your right foot with a 6km/l very achievable. When we went to 60th Patrol bash one of the 4.8 GRX's in our group got 7.1km/l and we were driving between 105 - 120km/h , I think one gets pulled in by the immense power of the 4.8 and then like to put foot

(1) NO -- yu can NOT have LOBO .. him is not 4 sale
(2) Prado is for sale though
(3) Oompi THINKS that if yu vasbyt till January you wil get better bargains -- albeit "1 year older"
I see that most ads for Trollies comes on Gumtree -- Autodrader has the same but less. Long time not been on JunkMail [found the wife there though
