Newbie in many rights!

Hi, I am new to this forum and have added some info below. I have just purchased the 2004 Patrol 3.0 Di GRX with 87 000km on the clock. Any advice r comments on this would be appreciated as I have never owned a Nissan and just hope I have made the right decision. I have not seen any posts on the GRX (C88).
