Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

I'm looking for a set of second hand rear brake discs for my 4.5GRX.

Please let me know if you have some to sell or know of a scrap yard with 4.5GRX rear axle I can them off of.

This help Zantus? They new but maybe cheaper than Nissan? Use then on my XJ Jeep - they good.

Nissan will charge you R 5K for a set of discs. I got a Power brake pair with pads for R 2700. Your troll has a larger diameter so expect to pay a little more.

Powerbrake's reply: "Unfortunately we do not manufacture rear discs and pads for the Patrol. As we concentrate on upgrades, we focus on the front brakes only as this is where up to 85% of your braking is done"

They have a lot of stock and i am sure they can match a disk up for you, they do a lot for the older cars and are well known .

just been passed norbake ,you need to take the old one to them , they will match it ,and can even modify it, drill new holes if need be
and thet can do machinig as well

The only problem being that Zantus is rather far from Norbrake...

Zantus, get hold of Ross and ask him if he would lend you one of the disks from his spare axle, then post it to me and I will drop them off at Norbrake for you?

I can possibly send one of my own discs....need to open the rear axle to have a look at the rear diff and I want to start building my bumpers so my Patrol will be "on the blocks" for a while.

Try alpha brakes they also do rearbrakes. Buy for my cresida a set less half the price at the aggents. That was acouple years ago. You may be lucky
