Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS ON THE 5/6 OCTOBER 2013

There is a weekend away event at Rust de Winter on the Nissan Club Events Calendar on the 28th September 2013. It shows as Serindipity on the calendar, but was swapped to Rust de Winter as they were closed when we were supposed to go to Rust de Winter.

This is a beautiful weekend Trail. Saturday drive all the way up to the top of the mountain, camp over on top of the mountain, then a drive on the Sunday back towards the start. You need to be self sufficient, as there are only toilets and hot showers from a donkey boiler. There is a great kuir plek around a fire, and fun to be had.

We will need to get the payments sorted out before we go. I will arrange this a little closer to the time as soon as I have the costs. We will have to have 10 confirmed and paid up members to do this trail.

The cost per vehicle is R 500 for the trail per vehicle. Limit on group is 15 Nissan's and I would suggest we do not exceed this as this is a long trail with some tough obstacles.


Payment is to be made via EFT to the ATV club, and the reference must state 5/6 OCT & your surname. Proof of payment to be sent to admin@4x4atv.org

Cedric, I would like to take some of the kids along on this one. Hopefully more than last time. Will check and get back to you on the number.
I will arrange for the food and tents etc, but if we do this, I will need some help with the transport. If there is more than 2.

No problem with that Alex. I think those 2 boys that came with to Moegatle really had a ball. It's nice to a young boys face light up with a good smile. We all I think tend to forget about how lucky and privileged we are to be able to do things like this.

Naturally, depending on space availability within each vehicle, lets see how many Vehicles we get.... We have to get min 10 !!!
