Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Has anyone tried to fit the standard nissan rear jerry can holder (the one on the left rear door) that come out with the GQ's onto a GU will it fit does it work???

I normally mail it to myself then it is smaller to put on the forum

Some of those Patrols had special hinges on the left door where you can fit that.

Thanks Herrie, does that mean if I take the hinges off the GQ could I refit them to the GU?

I don't think the hinges are the same but mabe you can check.

You can put the hinge on the rear bumper like peterv got and make removeable when not on a trip then its not in your way when u need to get to the back door???

Have you got a photo of what his looks like, so I can try to copy it?
