BABOON'S PASS Club challenge

BABOON'S Challenge: 2014
I am contemplating a "4x4 Clubs Challenge" for 2014 -- In short, Clubs must enter 4 vehicles, 2 persons per vehicle, and then compete to complete the BABOON'S PASS in Lesotho in the shortest time.
I need a TEAM to help me with this: Setting criteria, handling entries, costing and all that ... as well as the logistics [accommodation, meals for the teams, obtaining prizes & sponsors and of course - handling all the entries & entry fees
Profits arising will go to OUTREACH AFRICA outreach funds the majority of which will go towards Children's Homes: Abraham Kriel.
