Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi all

I expect to be in the Western Cape in early April 2013. Can anybody advise me on any good 4x4 Trails near Cape Town (I will be in Simon's Town). I will be travelling in the Troll and will have a spare weekend to go and play. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I can also arrange a very interesting visit to Simon's Town in that time for those who may be interested (PM me if you are interested).

Obviously Atlantis Dunes is a must - always good fun. Then there is the Two Oceans-trail between Stellenbosch and Somerset West (very scenic), the Melkbos 4x4, Ou Trekpad 4x4 (both near Melkbosstrand, but not that scenic), And then if you are prepared to go past the boereworsgordyn, You can find a bunch of trails near Worcester and Wellington as well.
