Hi D,

Get hold of your local commercial auto glass.

Thanks but I have done that and neither Fasfit in Montague Gardens nor Nissan in Milnerton can recognise the VIN.
Hence the cry for help.

Hello D²,

Remember not to ask for a patrol windscreen, but for the safari windscreen. They seem to be more or less freely available, cost less than the GQ windscreen and fit exactly in the GQ. Putting the Safari & GQ window next to each other one cannot determine any difference,

Duckitt, can you also shed some light on this topic?

Regards

Marnus

Coincidence?

I picked up a crack on my GQ's windscreen just yesterday and was wondering where to get a replacement.

Commercial Auto Glass is 500m from my shop.

Thanx

I have now had a quote for R 4,900 from Nissan SA ( excluding VAT) and not available at the factory in SA.
Thanks for the tip re. a safari wind screen.
