Any suggestions where to have my 2000 Patrol 4.2 GL (Diesel) injector tips replaced, pump serviced and all calibrated. Mine has done 486 000.....

Plus my Radiator Fan has cracks, where can I get a replacement?

Rudolf, I had my injectors done and the motor dyno'd at Dastek in Pta and I am very happy with the results

It also didn't cost an arm & a leg...

Johan, which model Patrol do you drive?

I read somewhere (either this forum or Nissan4x4.co.za) that the fan for the TD42 is the same as a Hardbody fan. A hardbody fan will cost you less than R200 at most spares shops, so its probably worth removing the fan and taking it as a sample to your local Midas or AutoZone etc, before you cough up the crazy prices that the stealers charge.

Good Luck!

Hi Ross,

Give SAC's Centurion a try. Had my 96 4.2D's injectors + sleeves changed. Talk to Mynhard Truter. He has been looking after my Troll for around 300 000 km.
