Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi Almal,

Thought that it would be interesting to know how many people here with 4.8's has an annoying rattle to report which they just can not pinpoint or did pinpoint and how it was fixed?

Might help other Patrol owners with rattles like my self!

I have an annoying rattle in the left front passenger door which is really bad?
Sometimes on my driver door there is rattle just above my head which can make you go bananas but doesnt always happen.

No rattles in my car!
Had a big one once, it was the whole towbar mounting on th echassis that was badly re-fitted when I had my bumpers re-painted - shoddy work by the service centre!

Rear barnr door can squeek, just clean r]ubbers and lube lock pin
My dashboard top cubbyy door can rattle but not always and quiet when open.

Not a inside squeek per se but can be annoying, ac tensioner pulley .

Agarob had 227 000 km and NO rattles - Lobo had 1 288 000 km and he was all rattles [but nice comforting rattles, empty beer bottle under seat, loose bottle jack, Emma & Owies toys, loose tailgate, loose windows, loose bonnet lid, ...

My rear barn door rattles something terrible. no amount of fixing has helped.
