Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

My 1995 GQ is a British import and the speedo cluster is all in miles and miles per hour. I am looking for a metric unit.

Do you know where there is one available, maybe someone is stripping a GQ or you know of a GQ in a scrapyard that still has its instrument cluster.

a very very long shot but have you got your old MPH speedo? I'm importing a middle east GQ (kmh) to UK so I need the opposite
