PATROL – 60th BIRTHDAY EVENT: 3 PROVINCES ADVENTURE – VOLKSRUST
PROGRAMME
Friday 23 September 2011
16:00 - 20:00 Delegates arrive at Farmhouse
20:00 - 21:00 Registration, documentation & stickers (Vehicle No.)
21:00 – 22:00 Briefing of drivers & co-drivers (which will include passengers)
Welcome by Nissan 4 x 4 Club and Nissan Spokesperson
Note: No supper as delegates arrive at different times. Please arrange your own supper.

07:00 Breakfast at Farmhouse (own plates & utensils)
08:00 3 Provinces start main activities. Will be explained at briefing on 23rd.
Lunch to be organized by each vehicle.
Light snacks – NO alcohol during day as the driving is on grade 4 – 5 track
(Note vehicles will not be abused by the track but track is technically challenging)
16:00 All vehicles to have returned to Farmhouse.
Points will be calculated.
19:00 Dinner (no black tie required – joke – own plates & utensils)
20:00 Awards/Nissan addresses delegates
Closure & thanks from Nissan 4 x 4 club

07:30 Breakfast at Farmhouse (own plates & utensils)
08:30 Tierkloof/Bobbejaanskrans short trail, starts at Farmhouse
14:00 Delegates depart for home (sort our own lunch on route)
IMPORTANT NOTES
Please bring:
• Own chairs & eating utensils (mugs, teaspoons, plates, knives, forks, spoons, desert bowls, glasses)
• On the track – own snacks, water & cold-drinks
• Warm clothes (can get cold on mountain)
• Vehicle must have proper recovery points
• Own recovery equipment
To do:
• Check vehicle
• Ensure insurance is up to date & covers off road (talk to Tuff Stuff)
