INJECTOR MAX

Have any of you done an injector max on the vehicle. Do not know if this is sales talk, but the service department said they do it for a lot of Patrols after 2000 models to improve consumption, idling, misfire etc. The Patol had a VanderLinde conversion on when I bought it? Kilos 135 000 at a cost of R 1200.
