Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

My inside fan packed up (magnets) and Nissan (at cost price) is quoting me R 7975 for a replacement - any ideas where I can find something at a better price ?
According to the auto electrician these fans don't last when you try to fix them once the magnets come loose ?
