Hey man how did that awning room work for you? I'm thinking of getting one (but I only have a 2,0m awning, else I would have definitely contacted you)

It was good, just didn't use as much I thought I would during my trip to Cape and Namibia. Because we didn't stay at one location for longer than a day due to time.
Only time I used is the one in the pic above. Set was quite easy too

I assume it's a quick setup? Sold my rooftop tent last year cause it did not fit here at the new place so am looking for a quick setup and take down solution for the river trip and that one looks like its quick and takes the least amount of space.

Yes, setting up was easy, just a few clips and a zipper to secure the room to the awning frame. However, I had to use a ground sheet, cause, I didn't buy the base cover for the room. That was extra.
