GQ 4.2D single cab.. is that a shortie, or a bakkie?
Does it have a rear locker? It may come in handy. But there will be ample winches around if it is a real problem.

I was thinking initially to depart on the 3rd, but actually leaving Gauteng in the early morning of Thursday 5 October will be sufficient.
This gives us two clear days for the Baboons. Also some of the guys coming may have issues with sufficient leave of we leave earlier than the 5'th.

What is the chances of getting a journalist for the trip.....

Just checked looks like Lesotho has no restrictions on drone operations.

that driver must just have a long tow rope and be behind a Patrol...we'll drag that camel into the water and if he aint got snorkel ..his going to drink water

Baboons was done by a local guy from Alberton a few weeks ago in his new Navara.

I have updated the first post with the list of 10 vehicles.
I think we will need to cap it at 10.
