Gaan ons in groep 3 reel wie vat wat sodat ons darem nou nie 10 stelle daar het nie, i.e recovery gear , kompressor/s (of is daar lug daar) etc?

Ek is bly ANDRIES S roer die een aan -- ek vat NIE 'n hi-lift jack nie, verder vat ek al my herwinningstoerusting. My voorstel sal wees dat elkeen sy eie herwinningstoerusting bring.

There will be a certain amount of recovery gear available, should the need arise. But .... even though we assume the Patrols are "unstuckable".... .... we all know what an assumption is......

Its always a good idea to have, at least a pull strap and BOW shackles that fit ( RATED FOR YOUR WEIGHT OF VEHICLE ), in your vehicle. They are not too pricey for a good one, that will last you a long time. If possible, get one from guys like Securetech. They know there stuff.

FYI - If I needed to get recovered, and someone came to recover me with a tow strap without a rating label ( el' cheapo )..... I would rather choose to remain stuck, than do damage or injure/kill someone !!!!

Blondie -- oompie is rated but with time the ratings has warn off.. now what do I do? trust my memory -- or leave jou stucked

Oompie, my snatch rope's rating has washed off as well. However, if it is a securetech, and you have the serial number, they can tell you what the rating is.

Their newer equipment's labeling is much better and doesn't wash of so easily anymore.
