Oompie Mac, I don't understand those funny imperial temperatures at all!

Rust de Winter is roughly halfway towards Bela-Bela (formerly Warmbad), but more to the east - look for the big grey ellipse next to Sabie-Sabie.

Maybe we could sommer (should be an English word if it isn't yet!) average the Pta & Bela-Bela forecasts from http://www.weathersa.co.za and get our expected temps in degrees Celsius?

Hi Gents,

Just spoke to Peter Classen and we will be starting the trail between 9 and 10 am. Wood is for sale at the camp site. He indicated that the weather should be good and trail condition is fair. He has not done the trail for a while.

I am all packed and ready to go. Please remember to bring along water. 10L should be adequeate. On Sunday before we leave the overnight camp site we can transfer all the water we have left to the water tanks on the mountain.

Grant - pray tell: WHAT are the arrangements for FRIDAY eve/night [Dwergie works till 4 - so we will only get there after dark]
GERRIE is with us - I pick him up later today - and i don't want him to miss out time with the "Patrol manne" (otherwise I could sleep at home and shoot over on Sat morn early ...]
Are there sort of kind of like rooms / chalets / cabin or such [Dwergie is against pitching tent in teh dark just to break down the next morning  [ek ook - ek is mos LUI sien?] [en oudterig :oldtimer: ]

Are we going to "braai together" Friday and sort of get to know each other?
