NOTE: ball and pin type towbar is only as strong as the bolts holding it to the chassis !!!!
That big ugly old school trailer hook? - yep but is that acceptable as a recovery point :surprised:

Normal towbar if memory serves me correct, but let's have a look on Saterday :thumbup:

Nee jy hoef nie maar Piet stel voor dat jy die punte aan die bash plate ook weld vir wanneer jy skeef recover ......seker jy kan dit boud ook ????

Daar is 2 goed wat my daaroor bekommer:

1. Die galvanising. Om 'n goeie weld te kry sal mens dit seker van die bash-plate moet afskuur en weer oordoen.

2. Sal mens die bash-plate kan verwyder as die recovery points aan die binnekant vasgebout is en aan die buitekant aan die bash-plate vasgeweld is?

Ja jy sal kan as jy die plate los maak van agter af sal dit saam kan af kom mmaar piet sal beter verduideliking kan gee .....
Die gal hoef net af te kom waar jy sweis en kan net daar geverf word ....ek is seker dat as jy nie wil sweis nie jy dalk gate kan boor en hom bout ook????? Sal met piet praat?????hy sal seker vanaand vir jou antwoorde he :salute:

Ok Piet is nie naby internet nie so hier is sy antwoord .......die nuwe boude is sterk genoeg sonder om te weld vir recoveries tot met 30 grade .....die nuwe plaat wat af kom maak ook sommer die bashplate beter vas veral op modelle wat nie al die gate het nie maar hy sal self verduidelik as hy weer by inyternet is
