So what on earth is all this "Indemnity Signing" for then ??
If you bash your car -- you claim from your insurance . if you dont have insurance .. get single trip insurance for that occasion then
WITH recovery included in the contract.

Indemnity forms do not prevent a liability cases from being made
It only strengthens your defence.
You know how the letter of an agreement can be dissected by law experts.

It is much better to have no case, than a case that goes to court.
