Dave, at the moment we are looking at Nissan 4x4 Club, Nissan 4x4 forum and Patrol 4x4 forum guys first, and then if we are short a few vehicles ( Nissans) then we will send out invites to Nissan owners elsewhere. It has been discussed, but hang ball for a bit...
We need at least 40 Nissan 4x4's !! .... only 35 to go !!

OK cool. Won't do anything stoopid yet

.... You don't have to answer this question, I also placed on the Nissan forum, I was just not sure where you would see it first.

Dear all
The current version of the entry form does not cater for a "Vehicle Registration Number". I have updated the document as per the attached - please use Version 3 from now on.
Thanks
George

No update to the list yet. We may need to apply the draft system like we had in the old army days

. Just dump all the members names in a hat and pull out the first 40

. Job done and the team is complete....

Any minimum age for the co-driver? Does he need to have a drivers licence?
SO what are all the guys excuses? Where is everybody, if they had Toyotas or LR that actually broke, but that does not wash when you drive a Nissan, yet we have the least entrants.
I know money is always a problem, well for me anyways, but I make a point of attending something worthwhile at least every coupla months. I save long and hard, and this is actually a bargain. Last we we drove at Basslake, I think it cost R200 or something. Here we get a chance to pay half price, stand a chance to win some prizes, test ourselves and our vehicles in a FUN environment and meet all the other club members.
If we fall short on the numbers, we are going to have other makes joining us, I just can't imaging a day worse than recovering vehicle and not getting a chance to drive

...
OK seriously, lets make a plan guys, this is supposed to be a fun day. Vehicles are standard as far as possible, so how bad can it be.....
