Wow .... I went with the Nissan guys last weekend..... What a stunning drive!!.....That lovers lane..... :tease: ..... toit loik a toiger.... :rolling:

I have a few pics .... but just need to get a little time to down load and resize and post.

I was pleasently surprised on how easily the Iron Maiden climbed some of those inclines.... Man or Mouse.... aggg man... Sunday stroll !!....

Other than eventually BOTH guide vehicles breaking down, we had fun !!! The Toyota broke down almost before we left the main camp, and the other jaloppy halfway through Saturday and every 20 odd minutes thereafter. Eventually it retired completely half way through Sunday and we abandoned it somewhere in the bush to be towed at a later date.

Jules.... I got the front bash plate and the transfer box plate, and yes, there was one place where I heard a delicate "THWACK", I think it was on the T/box plate.... but can hardly see a mark on it !!
Well done Peter !!

My aluminiun running boards got a few minor scrapes on it.... but nothing to write home about.... but me thinks some sliders would be yummy !!
