Hi All,
read the article yesterday ( we are slow in Bronkies :oldtimer: )
I didn't see much point in the article ( I am a BFG man), the point I want to make is that the whole article was based on tests conducted on new tyres, braking, grip etc. They also rigidly kept to setting tyre pressures exactly the same, even though tyres have different sidewall construction.
The real test of AT's ( in my opinion) is durability, will they take you overland safely?, will you have to repair punctures on dirt roads?, do they last for ages without cracking etc. I suppose that this is just my personal opinion mytwocents:

Jip i agree....tyres gets better with time but we dont drive racing cars like peter said hoses for courses
Strong sidewalls is a must for me
