Brrrr Chris! Waar boor julle? Het n paar boormanne wat werk vir ons hier in die noorde van Tanzanie waar dit 30C plus is en het jou fotos vir hulle gewys - hulle kla nie meer nie :biggrin:

Die projek is in Cape Flats en in Steenbras dam area en Theewaterskloof.
Dis nogal n groot operasie. Meeste van die gate is 30" tot 400m.
My toets operasie daar is ook nogal groot.
Het toerusting tot 100l/s en ek monitor die vloei en watervlak met sensors wat ek remote op n website monitor.

Ja nee kyk, 400m diep, 30" gate wil gedoen word, neem aan julle eindig op 10" :thumbup: ... ons hoop maar julle kry daai 100l/s! Het die 'greenies' julle nog nie aangevat nie ... :biggrin:

Om die kontras te wys, ek's nou weer suid van Lake Vic...

I find proper borehole drilling fascinating.

My work only involves 20m monitoring well drills most of the time :redface:

Ja , die greenies maak ons mal. Ons moet nou al die boor material en water weg lei van die boor site tot in die dam terwyl ons boor. Party keer 2km ver.
Selfde met toets water. kopseer. Logistieke uitdaging met twee stelle pompe en regtig moeilike boorwerk.

En in die Flats is daar oorlog om ons die hele tyd.

Daar is darem al n paar gate wat lyk na 60l/s.

Its been a while since last post. The patrols are busy in Botswana on a 2 month multiwell test program.

Last year this time they were working in Karibib in Namibia. Also multiwell long duration tests. As usual the Patrols just work without complaints.
