What Oom Mac (Kagiso II, and not Uncle Mac) is saying, is that he would be very keen to see a picture of your vehicle.
It is a constant and never-ending desire.
The GQ Diesel is rare in SA, so a few photos would be good!

To do this on this forum is not that straight forward.
You need a digital photo of your car. Preferably one that has been crunched down to a size of not more than 500kb.
When typing a post, click on the tab "Upload attachment"
Then click on "Choose file" and go to the file location on your hard drive.
Then "Add the file"
Then You will still need to click on "Place inline", once you have pointed the cursor in the typed post at the desired place.

Dear Patrol fundi.
I cannot belief that it has been 3 years since I posted on this forum to ask your opinion regarding my newly acquired Patrol at that time.
I have run out of space and unfortunately have little option but to sell this trustworthy old fellow of ours.
We have put about 30000kms of light duty cruising on her over the last 3 years and she now stands on 296000kms on the clock. The engine is the TD42 diesel and was fitted new by the previous owner about 60-70000kms ago. It is the 24V version wrt starter setup, thus two batteries needed. We had a new waterpump fitted by Nissan but mechanically she is great and has done no real hard work.
Apart from a few minor cosmetics, she is still in excellent condition but I suspect she would need new shocks and a set of tyres not too long from now.

I have no idea what would be a reasonable price to ask for this vehicle and would appreciate if members can give me some kind of an estimate. I would certainly not mind to sell this lady to somebody who has some appreciation for a classic.
