Dear all

We have now received the following information:

OBSTACLE ALLOCATION
The Obstacle Allocation will be Saturday 28 July.

All must get together at the Lapa at Rhino Park at 10h00. After the allocation of the obstacles the people can start working on the obstacles.

Work on obstacles will then also take place on Saturday 4 August (08h00 till 17h00 )and Saturday 11 August (08h00 till 13h00)



FINAL INSPECTION
The final inspection of the obstacles will be done on Saturday 11 August at 14h00.

ChristoSlang is co-ordinator for our obstacle and we now need to indicate who is available to join on Saturday 2012-07-28 for the allocation - I am unfortunately not in circulation for that day.

It might not even be necessary to have a big crowd at the allocation but rather on the subsequent Saturday's when the obstacle needs to be prepared - Christo will advise in this regard....

We need someone with time and a camera that can take ownership of taking photo's on the day - any volunteer/s...?

Good morning all

Future planning for this event is the following:

Saturday 2012-07-28:

• ChristoSlang will go to Rhyno Park to attend the allocation of obstacles at 10:00;

• We need one or two people to go with Christo - even if you can't attend the event on the 18th.

Saturday 2012-08-04:

• ChristoSlang will head up the team that will build/prepare the Nissan obstacle at Rhino Park from 09:30;

• We need people to assist Christo with this task - even if you can't attend the event on the 18th.

Saturday 2012-08-11:

• I will DV go to Rhino Park for the final obstacle inspection at 14:00;

• Anyone who can is welcome to join me.

Hi, I can help on 4/8/12 if needed, please let me know, will also rope Jonny in as well.

Can also go 11/8 unfortunatly have meeting on 4/8

Ek is beskikbaar op 28/07, ongelukkig besig die volgende 2 saterdae by Beeld trofee skolerugby. Ek sal tye uitvind, miskien beskikbaar in die middag.
