To all the Gerotek day contributors.

I have made the payment for Gerotek today. The invoice and my proof of payment is attached. I will make the receipt of payment visible as soon as I receive it which will be about Wednesday next week.

As is turned out the cost is R 251.56 per vehcle. This means the total cost is R7546.80. I received 29 x R260 and 1 x R250 in payment for the day which totals to R 7790 received by me. Therefore I have R 243.20 in excess. I can either return the funds to the contributors which would amount to less than R9.00 back to each contributor OR we can collectively decide to donate the excess to some charity or to the Nissan4x4 club.

I therefore request the contributors to respond and advise me what should be done with the excess funds of R243.20

I will meet with Gerotek in the next two weeks to finalise the programme after which I will advise the Patrol4x4 forum.

Gerotek has confirmed that the SAMIL demo is included as a freebee provided they can use a little of our time for marketing.
