Actually it's the other way around. Longer intake tracts give more torque at low RPM as the air is more turbulent 2hich improves fuel atomisation but that turbulence reduces air flow which degrades performance at high RPM.

Good morning
I wanted to ask if it would be worth while installing an oil catch can between the pcv valve and the intake manifold? They are quite expensive and not sure if it would be worth the money spent
I did remove and clean the pcv valve. I might replace with a new one as the one way function is not 100%
