What is the mods that is a must before I go off road?

Basics would be a decent set of tires and a 2inch lift to begin with. But before anything make sure you get all the important mechanicals checked: bearings, oils such as in the diffs, gearbox and transfer, make sure the hoses are in good nick, new coolant if you want. Basically spend you first money there and then go for all the toys of which there are many
