Here we go:
So the fasteners I found at Venters, and the rest is just welded up. It just clears the spare wheel, but my tow bar does sit out quite far. Looks a little worse for wear as it has been standing in the garage for a while. I would have made the base plate more solid. The one in the pictures was supposed to pivot out so the doors can open, but never worked too well. Instead I just take the whole rack off the base. I have made the space between the bikes quite far, so they don't come near each other.
The Indola sticker is to make it look a little less "homemade". The PVC pipe I've mounted is to mount the license plate. I used these type of spring clamps:
